mavo Landschaften

mavo Landschaften positions itself between spatial planning, urban development, architecture and landscape and assumes an interlocking relationship between these disciplines. Interdisciplinary thinking and working is seen as a basic prerequisite for meeting the complex tasks of today. Landscape architecture is understood less as an embellishment tool and more as a means of solving problems – with the aim of defining strong open-space structures that create identities and at the same time allow for future transformation processes. The projects we work on include a wide variety of tasks at all scales: from spatial planning studies to urban planning studies to the design of open spaces in the context of housing.
